Shake well. Pour 2 parts of Whip Topping Base and 1 part cold (below 50°F) liquid (water, fruit juice, milk or cream) in cool bowl. 3. Whip on medium speed with a wire whip until soft or firm. Product in liquid form should not be refrozen. Use as a dairy stabilizer. 4. Combine 2 parts Whip Topping Base and 1 part heavy cream. 5. Whip at medium speed.
