Place pizzas in pans for convection oven use. For food safety and quality bake before eating to an internal temperature of 160ºF. Frozen pizzas may be refrigerated for up to 24 hours prior to baking. FROZEN Impingement Oven: Preheat to 400ºF. Bake for 8 - 9 minutes. Convection Oven: Preheat to 350ºF (low fan). Bake for 18 - 20 minutes. THAWED Impingement Oven: Preheat to 425ºF. Bake for 6 1/2 - 7 1/2 minutes. Convection Oven: Preheat to 375ºF (low fan). Bake for 11 - 13 minutes. Rotate pans halfway through bake cycle in a convection oven.
